Regarding the issuance of a license to Paperless Limited as a Payment System Operator (PSO).

Under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014", the Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to "Paperless Limited" to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) within the country, subject to the conditions described in the department's letter No. PSD/AD&NDL(Paperless)/47/2023-2516.
