PSD Circular No. 11: Issuance of PSO license to Paperless Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to Paperless Limited to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) within the country, subject to the conditions specified in the department's letter PSD/AD&NDL(Paperless)/47/2023-2516. This authorization is issued under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014. The circular notifies all scheduled banks, mobile financial service providers, payment system operators, and payment service providers operating in Bangladesh of this licensing decision.
