PSN04 Notice on Submission of Regulatory Returns
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice PSN04 to establish periodic regulatory reporting requirements for payment services. This notice applies to Standard Payment Institutions, Major Payment Institutions, and Money-changing Licensees. The 2024 amendment to this notice took effect on 2 April 2024.
