PSN04A Notice on Submission of Statement of Transactions and Profit/Loss
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued PSN04A to reproduce existing requirements for the submission of statements of transactions and profit or loss. This notice applies to all existing money-changing and remittance licensees under the Money-changing and Remittance Businesses Act until 31 December 2020. It also applies to standard and major payment institutions as specified in the regulatory framework.
