Public Notice – Extension on FIMA Act Formal Consultation
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) extends the public comment deadline for subordinate legislation under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act from 8 March to 31 March 2023. This formal consultation extension responds to public requests and establishes that no further delays will be permitted if the new date is missed.
