Public Notice – FIM Act Formal Consultation
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority has uploaded updated Regulations and Standards related to the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, no. 2 of 2021, for industry review. Regulated entities are required to submit their comments using the enclosed Comments Template on or before 28 February 2022. Responses must be sent directly to Ms. Anesia Cloete, copying projectnewdawn@namfisa.com.na.
