Public Notice – FIMA Act Formal Consultation
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) has published updated Regulations and Standards under the FIMA Act for industry review. Regulated entities must submit their feedback using the provided Comments Template directly to designated project contacts. All responses must be received by 28 February 2022, with direct queries directed to specified NAMFISA officials.
