Public Notice No. 2 of 2024 – Joint Authorised Agent Training
The Securities Commission of The Bahamas and the Compliance Commission mandate annual training for eligible persons, specifically Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants licensees, to qualify as agents for routine examinations of financial and corporate service providers. The virtual training session is scheduled for 23 February 2024 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with registration closing on 16 February 2024. Successful participants must submit applications to act as authorised agents by 29 February 2024.
