Public Notice No. 4 of 2025 – Unregulated Entities/Websites with Fake Certificates
The Securities Commission of The Bahamas identifies five entities—HilltopFXTrade, KC Menkul Investment Limited, NeutraalBiz, PrimeJaxTrade, and Transend Global Trading—as unregistered and unlicensed operators conducting securities or digital asset activities within The Bahamas. These entities falsely claim regulatory authorization and display altered certificates belonging to other validly regulated entities. The Commission warns the public that engaging with these entities or their agents constitutes a violation of applicable Acts, exposing individuals to criminal prosecution and regulatory sanctions.
