The Securities Commission of The Bahamas re-issues a public notice warning that FMFW Ltd is not registered or licensed to operate as a digital asset business in The Bahamas. The entity is conducting activities as a digital token exchange without having applied for or received authorization under the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act, 2024. Consequently, any registrable or licensable activities conducted by FMFW Ltd and its agents within The Bahamas constitute a violation of applicable laws. The public is advised to exercise extreme caution and verify the authorized status of entities before engaging in business with them.
