Public Notice No. 7 of 2024 – Entities Not Regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas
The Securities Commission of The Bahamas identifies 14 entities, including AorthoInc Markets Limited and Bitmex.US Markets Limited, as unregistered and unlicensed to conduct securities or digital asset trading activities within The Bahamas. These entities are prohibited from operating in the jurisdiction and are liable for criminal prosecution and regulatory sanctions for falsely claiming authorization. The public is advised to exercise extreme caution and verify the regulatory status of any service provider against the Commission’s official licensee list before engaging in business.
