The Securities Commission of The Bahamas advises that SP MONZA BANK is not registered or licensed to conduct activities in The Bahamas and has not applied for such status. The entity is prohibited from conducting registrable or licensable activities within the jurisdiction, as doing so violates the Securities Industry Act 2024 and related statutes. Furthermore, the entity faces criminal prosecution and regulatory sanctions for falsely claiming to be authorized or regulated by the Commission.
