SECURITIES COMMISSION OF THE BAHAMAS PUBLIC NOTICE No. 8 of 2026 23 July 2026 RE: SP MONZA BANK This NOTICE is issued by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (the Commission) pursuant to its authority under the Securities Industry Act 2024, the Investment Funds Act 2019, the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act 2020 and the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act 2024 (the Acts). It has come to the attention of the Commission that SP MONZA BANK may be conducting activities (or purporting to conduct activities), in or from within The Bahamas, that are either registrable/licensable or illegal under one or more of the Acts. The Commission hereby advises the public that neither this entity nor its agents/representatives are registered with/licensed by the Commission. Additionally, this entity has not applied to be registered/licensed by the Commission. Therefore, any registrable/licensable activity conducted, in or from within The Bahamas, by this entity or its agents/representatives is in violation of one or more of the Acts. BACKGROUND On its website, https://www.monzabank.com offers securities trading/brokerage services and/or digital asset business services. This website made the false claim that the entity is licensed as and/or affiliated with a licensed financial and corporate service provider, in The Bahamas, and purports to be authorized and/or regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. By this false claim, this entity, including its agents and representatives, committed an offence and is liable for criminal prosecution and/or regulatory sanctions under one or more of the Acts.
