Public Notice on FIM Act Formal Consultation
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) has published updated regulations and standards under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, requiring the regulated industry to review subordinate legislation and submit formal comments.
