Velocity Investment, S.A. de C.V. will issue 1,000 debt tokens denominated as EBONVD on July 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Each token has a value of US$1,000.00 and carries a maturity term of one year. The offering, approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets under registry entry AD-00029, is intended to finance the development and marketing of the Bonavista Project.
