LEASING ATLÁNTIDA, S.A., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Thursday, April 30, 2026, starting at 8:00 hours, it will issue the third tranche of the Public Offering of its debt token "ALDT001".

This digital asset seeks to provide investors with the opportunity to participate in funding through debt, operational leasing, and/or financial and/or real estate leasing, with a focus on sustainability, economic development, and high social impact.

The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00016.
