NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS
GRUPO CS, S.A.S. DE C.V. in its capacity as Digital Asset Issuer, informs the general public that on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Republic of El Salvador and Guatemala time, GMT-6), it will begin the public offering of its income token "$PMARISCO 1".

This digital asset allows investors to participate in a public offering of income tokens, backed by the assignment of economic rights in favor of the holders of Tokens over the rents obtained and flows generated by the Issuer in terms of royalties and/or income from licenses to use the "Puerto Marisco" brand, their other distinctive signs, and any other income derived from related use or licensing contracts. The public offering is structured in accordance with the Digital Asset Issuance Law and the regulations issued by the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador, under the registry entry AD-00032.

The issuance has 2,125 tokens, with a face value of USD $1,000.00 each. 425 tokens will be allocated to the Issuer's Shareholders as Sweat Equity and 1,700 tokens will be available to investors¹.
