Publication of a New Application for the Incorporation of Cells of Protected Cell Companies, Incorporated Cell Companies or Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicle Securitisation Cell Companies
The MFSA introduces Form AA42 for applications regarding the incorporation of cells, separating these requirements from the previous Form AA12 to simplify the process. Applicants may continue to use Form AA12 until 16 June 2023, after which only Form AA42 will be accepted. Both forms must be submitted via the LH Portal.
