Publication of Financial Statements, Auditors Report and Board of Directors Report for Finance Companies

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) mandates that all finance companies operating in the Kingdom publish their audited annual and quarterly financial statements, auditor’s report, and board of directors’ report on their official electronic websites. These disclosures must be completed within ten working days following the expiration of the statutory submission deadline, in accordance with Articles 72 and 73 of the Finance Companies Supervision Law Executive Regulations. The directive applies to all domestic finance companies and explicitly includes the Saudi Company for Re-financing, ensuring standardized public transparency and regulatory compliance.
