Publication of Statement of Condition and Balance Sheet for Non-Bank Financial Institutions
Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking (NBQB) function and/or Trust Authority, and Trust Corporations (TC) must publish their Statement of Condition or Balance Sheet as of 30 June 2026 in a newspaper of general circulation within twenty working days. These entities must also submit scanned PDF copies of the documents and the publisher’s certificate to specified email addresses within twenty working days of the circular and within five working days of publication. This requirement applies to institutions located in the Philippines, with fallback publication options in Metro Manila if local newspapers are unavailable.
