The Monetary Board approved the Purchase of Assets and Assumption of Liabilities (P&A) of Rural Bank of Capalonga (Camarines Norte), Inc. (RBCAP) by the Rural Bank of Paracale (Camarines Norte), Inc. (PCALE) through Resolution No. 389 dated 6 May 2026. PCALE completed this P&A transaction effective 17 July 2026. Consequently, RBCAP ceased operations and surrendered its Certificate of Authority on 17 July 2026. This information is for all BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions.
