(PCALE), and RBCAP’s Surrender of its Banking License The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 389 dated 6 May 2026, approved the Purchase of Assets and Assumption of Liabilities (P&A) of Rural Bank of Capalonga (Camarines Norte), Inc. (RBCAP) by the Rural Bank of Paracale (Camarines Norte), Inc. (PCALE). PCALE completed the P&A transaction effective 17 July 2026.
