The Reserve Bank of India imposed a monetary penalty of ₹3.90 lakh on Utsav Securities Limited for non-compliance with directions on governance and submission of data to Credit Information Companies. The penalty follows supervisory findings that the company's Key Management Personnel held directorships in other NBFCs-Middle Layer entities and that the company failed to submit credit information for certain loan accounts to Credit Information Companies.
