Rule · SIBOIF · 16 May 2012 · CD-SIBOIF-728-3-MAY16-2012
Warehouse Companies must contract premises surveillance from legal entities registered in the Public Commercial Registry, with at least three (3) years of surveillance experience, adequate human and technical resources, and a National Police surveillance licence, keeping the technical-economic offer and supporting documentation on file. They may not contract companies serving the depositor of merchandise stored at the same premises, and non-conforming surveillance contracts may not be renewed on expiration. The reform replaces Article 11 of CD-SIBOIF-675-1-MAY6-2011 and enters into force upon notification.
