Registration of Rules for AC 5 Investment Fund of Alex Capital CJSC
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 157-A to formally register the rules of the AC 5 contractual, non-public, interval, specialized investment fund managed by Alex Capital Closed Joint-Stock Company. This decision follows applications submitted by Alex Capital on March 21, June 25, and August 4, 2025, and is based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution entered into force the day following official notification to the fund manager.
