Registration of Special Rules for Participating Employers under Umbrella Funds
Principal officers of all registered umbrella funds must submit special rules regarding participating employers to the Registrar for registration under the Pension Funds Act within 90 calendar days of receiving this Directive. This requirement addresses the current practice where special rules for employers transferring from transferor funds were not registered, rendering such unregistered rules invalid.
