Guided by
Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

Based on
Part 3 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations” and Chapter 12 of Regulation 17/01 "On Procedures for Licensing of Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Registration of Managers" approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 25 October 2011,

Taking into account that “UPAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted petitions and attached documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 14 October 2025 and 3 November 2025 regarding the registration of the “BEST LIFE” branch, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To register the “BEST LIFE” branch of “UPAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
