Whereas the implementation of this modification by the Central Bank implies that the Central Bank Regulation 2012/ No. 12 of 12 September 2012 implementing the European Central Bank Guideline of 2 August 2012 on additional temporary measures concerning Eurosystem refinancing operations and collateral eligibility (ECB/2012/18) (hereinafter "Regulation 2012/ No. 12"), first amended by Regulation 2012/ No. 13 of 9 November 2012 implementing the European Central Bank Guideline of 10 October 2012 (ECB/2012/23), must also be amended.
