Regulation on Reporting of Insurers to the CBK
The Board of the Central Bank of Kosovo established this regulation to standardize electronic reporting deadlines, forms, and procedures for all licensed insurers. Insurers must submit quarterly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial, solvency, and risk reports via the ORRS system, alongside yearly business plans and reinsurance programs. Senior management bears direct accountability for data accuracy, with the CBK empowered to order corrections and impose civil fines for non-compliance.
