The regulation defines the exact layout and mandatory content of the misdemeanor payment order that authorized persons of the National Bank must issue to a legal entity, natural person, or responsible person in a legal entity when conducting a misdemeanor procedure. It obliges those authorized persons to propose a settlement by issuing such an order—including detailed perpetrator and offence data, fine amount, payment account (Vault 100000000063095, account 840*05535, income code 722155), legal remedy, and signatures—before submitting a request to instigate misdemeanor proceedings, and stipulates that the perpetrator must pay the fine within eight days (half fine if paid within that period) and provide proof of payment, otherwise a court request is filed and no appeal is permitted.
