This regulation establishes a working capital limit of 17.5 billion Danish kroner for Danish credit institutions offering payment accounts to businesses or associations. It defines working capital as the sum of equity, subordinated capital contributions, deposits, other liabilities, pooled deposits, bonds at fair value, and bonds at amortized cost. The regulation enters into force on July 1, 2026, and simultaneously repeals Regulation No. 633 of June 4, 2025.
