Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines regarding institutions for electronic money and registered issuers

Finansinspektionen issued these amendments to update references to applicable regulations concerning ownership, ownership management, and management assessments. The changes reflect the replacement of previous regulations by FFFS 2023:12 in the relevant legal area. The amendments entered into force on 18 July 2023.
