Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to Chapter 5, section 2, point 27 of the Occupational Pension Undertakings Ordinance (2019:809) that a new section,
Chapter 8, section 2a, shall be inserted into Finansinspektionen’s regulations and
general guidelines (FFFS 2019:21) regarding occupational pension undertakings with the following wording.

Section 2a That set out in sections 69–71 does not apply to outsourcing agreements
for ICT services covered by Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on digital operational resilience for the financial sector and amending Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009, (EU) No 648/2012, (EU) No 600/2014, (EU) No 909/2014 and (EU) 2016/1011. _______________ These regulations shall enter into force on 17 January 2025.
