Regulations amending simplified annual accounts rules for insurance undertakings granted dispensation
Finansinspektionen amends its regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2011:27) to update reporting requirements for insurance associations granted dispensation under the Insurance Business Act. The amendments specify detailed formats for income statements, technical provisions, and multi-year overviews, while introducing new disclosure obligations regarding calculation assumptions and member numbers.
