Regulations repealing Finansinspektionen's regulations regarding subordinated loans in insurance companies' available solvency margins
Finansinspektionen’s regulations (FFFS 2007:8) regarding subordinated loans in insurance companies’ available solvency margin are repealed at the end of March 2011. The regulations continue to apply to subordinated loans that may be included in the available solvency margin following consent from Finansinspektionen that was decided prior to 1 April 2011.
