Regulatory Decision 2023-17 of 14 December 2023 on Variable Remuneration

THE GOVERNOR OF THE BANK OF FRANCE

Having regard to the General Council Order No. A-2022-08 of 19 October 2022 on variable remuneration,

DECIDES

Article 1
The unit amounts of remuneration supplements (CDR) for permanent personnel covered by Article 401 of the personnel statute and for non-managerial contractual personnel are set at 650 and 1,300 euros respectively.

The corresponding budget is calculated on the basis of an average CDR of 394 euros per non-managerial agent.

Article 2: This decision, which repeals Regulatory Decision No. 2022-21 of 28 November 2022, enters into force on the date of its publication in the official register of the Bank of France.
