Regulatory Reporting following the Outbreak of COVID-19
The MFSA may accept a delay from the reporting deadline for some regulatory submissions falling due by June 2020 on a case-by-case and very exceptional basis. Requests are considered only if the entity provides sufficient justification that the delay is due to COVID-19 related circumstances. This extension does not grant further extensions to deadlines that were already previously extended. The Authority reserves the right to take a more restrictive approach if circumstances do not justify the delay.
