Renaming of Markup Subsidy and Risk Sharing Scheme for Affordable Housing Finance
The Prime Minister has approved the renaming of the housing finance scheme previously titled "Mera Ghar – Mera Ashiana" to "Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program – Ghar Ho Tu Apna". State Bank of Pakistan, Ministry of Finance, Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation, and Participating Financial Institutions must update all official correspondence, notifications, advertisements, and related documents to reflect this revised name with immediate effect.
