No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2001-80/89 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20A of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (Ordinance No. XVII of 1969), the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, in the interest of the investors in securities and the capital market, hereby repeals its Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/21 dated June 21, 2021.
This shall have immediate effect.
