Replacement of the secure exchange channel for the notification and enforcement of court orders and repeal of Circular CSSF 13/566
The secured electronic transmission channel 'e-file' for the notification and enforcement of court orders is replaced by a 'MyGuichet' procedure for credit institutions. This change applies to court orders issued by investigating judges under Articles 66-2, 66-3, 66-4, and 66-5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and becomes operational on 6 November 2024. Credit institutions must subscribe to the new system by creating and certifying a business eSpace via LuxTrust to receive and respond to these orders. Circular CSSF 13/566 of 6 June 2013 is repealed.
