Request for Extension of Deadline for Statutory Submissions
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago grants a two-week extension for external auditors, financial institutions, insurance companies, insurance intermediaries, and pension plans to submit statutory reports originally due by March 31, 2020, moving the deadline to April 15, 2020. Additionally, external auditors required to submit AML/CFT External Audit reports by April 30, 2020, are granted an extension until May 15, 2020. This approval applies specifically to the current circumstances and does not constitute blanket approval for future statutory submissions.
