The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia denies the appeal filed by the Vice Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit against Resolution 102/98 because it was submitted after the statutory deadline expired. The appeal, which challenged administrative fees for accounting documents, was filed on February 18, 1999, exceeding the thirty-day limit established by Article 55 of Law 1670. The Presidency and General Management are tasked with executing this decision.
