The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia grants an exceptional credit of Bs30,000,000 to the General Treasury of the Nation to address national emergency expenditures resulting from the El Niño phenomenon. The loan carries a four-year term, with interest paid semi-annually at the rate of the 51-week Treasury Bill yield on the disbursement date, secured by public offer bonds issued by the Treasury. The Treasury must issue a 60-day promissory note until the bonds are delivered, and repayment of principal and interest is executed via automatic debit from the Treasury's current accounts at the Central Bank.
