The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Administration to cover the overdraft in the Current Account and the use of custodial funds for legal reserves of Banco Boliviano Americano S.A. (BBA). This authorization allows for a disbursement of $6,083,789.30 to the BBA's Current Account, charged against a receivable account opened at the Central Bank for the forced sale of the intervened bank. The President and General Management are tasked with executing and complying with this resolution.
