Resolution 088/97 - Liquidity Loan to BHN Multibanco S.A.
The Central Bank of Bolivia grants BHN Multibanco S.A. a liquidity loan of up to USD 15,000,000 for a 30-day term at an annual interest rate of 15.69%, secured by credit portfolios valued at twice the loan amount. The bank is prohibited from increasing its loan or investment portfolio during the credit's validity and must submit daily reports on its portfolio, deposits, passive rates, and liquidity flows. Disbursements are made in foreign or national currency based on the exchange rate at the time of request, with automatic debit applied to the bank's current accounts and legal reserve held at the Central Bank.
