The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends the Legal Reserve Regulation to consolidate reserve accounts for non-bank entities and eliminate the transfer reserve account. Non-bank entities authorized by the SBEF with public liabilities averaging over UFV 600 million must maintain a single reserve account in each of the four denominations, while bank entities maintain a combined current and reserve account. The regulation also mandates daily reporting of liabilities subject to legal reserve and removes provisions regarding transfers between reserve accounts.
