Resolution 135/97

The Central Bank of Bolivia grants exporters until January 31, 1998, to settle foreign exchange deliveries and discharges pending or overdue as of July 31, 1997, without penalties. Exporters may alternatively pay a fee of one centavo per pending dollar to the Central Bank to substitute physical delivery, though other obligations remain. After the deadline, the Central Bank will list non-compliant exporters and notify the General Directorate of Internal Taxes and the National Secretariat of Industry and Commerce. A certificate confirming compliance is issued to those who meet their obligations, and Resolution 101/97 is repealed.
