Resolution 146/2005 Approving Service Fees and Fine Schedule for 2006
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the Service Fees and Fine Schedule for the 2006 fiscal year, effective January 3, 2006. This resolution revokes previous resolutions 189/2004, 071/2005, and 132/2005, replacing the prior fee structures and fine tables. The new schedule establishes specific monetary amounts and percentage rates for various banking services, including international transfers, foreign trade operations, and interbank transfers, as well as penalties for infractions such as insufficient funds, service suspensions, and delayed remittances.
