The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs1,044,000,000 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) for the Warnes Thermoelectric Generation Project. The loan carries a 20-year term with a five-year grace period on principal, a 0.85% annual interest rate, and disbursements must be completed by December 30, 2014. Repayment is scheduled annually, with the General Treasury of the Nation providing non-negotiable Treasury Bonds as guarantee, and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy authorizing disbursements based on project monitoring reports.
