Resolution Authorizing the Constitution of a State Majority Participation Company Named "Aerolínea del Estado Mexicano", S.A. de C.V., Grouped in the Sector Coordinated by the Secretariat of National Defense
This resolution authorizes the constitution of the State Majority Participation Company named "Aerolínea del Estado Mexicano", S.A. de C.V., grouped within the sector coordinated by the Secretariat of National Defense. The company is established with a minimum capital of 1,000,000 pesos, divided into 990,000 pesos contributed by the Secretariat of National Defense and 10,000 pesos by the National Bank of the Army, Air Force and Navy as a minority shareholder. Its corporate purpose includes promoting, exploiting, and providing regular and non-regular national and international air transport services for passengers, cargo, and mail, with its corporate domicile located in the State of Mexico. The Secretariat of the Public Function is tasked with monitoring compliance with this resolution.
