Resolution authorizing the separation of UBS Bank Mexico, S.A. from UBS Financial Group
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the separation of UBS Bank Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, UBS Financial Group, as a financial entity from UBS Financial Group, S.A. de C.V., effective upon registration in the Public Commerce Registry. UBS Financial Group, S.A. de C.V. is required to notify the Ministry of the registration details within ten business days and publish the authorization and separation agreements in the Official Journal of the Federation at its own expense, notifying the Unit within ten business days of verification. This authorization is subject to the condition that the Ministry receives proof of the public deed's registration within twenty business days of notification.
