Rule · BCB · 9 Aug 1995 · Resolução CMN 2187
Financial institutions may grant controlled-resource credit for the 1995 Northeast harvest and EGF/COV working capital settlements. For miniproducer and small producer debt renegotiations, institutions must enforce a three-year term, amortize 50% of eligible debt by formalization, and schedule payments at 34% in the 1995/96 and 1996/97 harvests, with the remainder in 1997/1998. This resolution enters into force upon publication, repealing specific paragraphs of Resolution No. 2,164 and Resolution No. 2,174.
